1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Warped Games Inc. website located at warped.games and all related services, including the Warped Universe game (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

Warped Games Inc. is the developer and publisher of Warped Universe, a cooperative player-versus-environment (PvE) sci-fi game available on Steam Early Access.
3. Warped Universe Game
3a. Game Access and License
Subject to these Terms, Warped Games Inc. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and play Warped Universe for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, or otherwise commercially exploit or make available to any third party the game or any portion thereof.
3b. In-Game Currency (Koju)
Warped Universe features an in-game virtual currency called Koju. Koju is used solely within the Warped Universe game environment for in-game purchases, cosmetics, and other gameplay features. Koju has no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real currency, transferred to other users, or redeemed outside of the game. All Koju purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
3c. Early Access
Warped Universe is currently available through Steam Early Access. As an Early Access title, the game is still in active development. Features, content, gameplay mechanics, pricing, and other aspects of the game may change at any time. Warped Games Inc. makes no guarantees regarding the final state of the game or the timeline for full release. By purchasing Early Access, you acknowledge and accept that you are purchasing the game in its current state.
3d. Season Zero and Seasonal Content
Warped Universe features seasonal content including Season Zero. Seasonal content, including progress, rewards, and in-game items, may be reset or modified at the end of each season. Personal player statistics earned during testing periods may be retained at the discretion of Warped Games Inc. Any such retention or reset will be communicated to players in advance where reasonably possible.

By using our Services you agree to:
Use the Services for lawful purposes only and in accordance with these Terms.
Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and accept responsibility for all activities conducted under your account.
Not engage in cheating, hacking, exploiting bugs, or using unauthorized third-party software that modifies or interferes with the game.
Not harass, abuse, or harm other players or disrupt the game experience for others.
Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the game or any related software.
Not use the Services to transmit any unsolicited communications, malware, or harmful content.
Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.
Warped Games Inc. reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violation of these Terms, without notice or liability.
5. Intellectual Property
All content included in or made available through the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game assets, software, and the Warped Universe game itself, is the property of Warped Games Inc. or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from our Services without the prior written consent of Warped Games Inc., except as follows:
You may capture and share screenshots and video clips of Warped Universe gameplay for personal, non-commercial, and fan content purposes.
Content creators and streamers may create and monetize content featuring Warped Universe gameplay subject to any creator guidelines published by Warped Games Inc.
6. Privacy
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy at warped.games/privacy for information on how we collect, use, and share data.
7. Disclaimers
Warped Games Inc. provides the Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Warped Games Inc. does not warrant that:
The Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
The results obtained from use of the Services will be accurate or reliable.
Any errors in the Services will be corrected, though we will make reasonable efforts to address reported issues.
As an Early Access title, players should expect bugs, incomplete features, and ongoing changes to the game. This is normal and expected for software in active development.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Warped Games Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Services.
In no event shall Warped Games Inc.'s total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to the Services exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to Warped Games Inc. in the twelve months preceding the claim or (b) one hundred dollars ($100).
9. Changes to Terms
Warped Games Inc. reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this document and, where appropriate, notify users through the Services or via email. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware.
11. Unreal Engine and Third-Party Software
Warped Universe uses Unreal® Engine. Unreal® is a trademark or registered trademark of Epic Games, Inc. in the United States of America and elsewhere. Unreal® Engine, Copyright 1998 – 2026, Epic Games, Inc. All rights reserved.
The Unreal Engine technology incorporated into Warped Universe is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Epic Games, Inc., its affiliates, licensors, and service providers (the "Epic Parties") make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding Warped Universe or the Unreal Engine technology incorporated within it. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Epic Parties disclaim all warranties, conditions, common law duties, and representations, express or implied, including implied or statutory warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and noninfringement. The Epic Parties do not warrant that the Unreal Engine technology as incorporated in Warped Universe is free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Epic Parties will not be liable for any loss of profits or any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of Warped Universe or the Unreal Engine technology incorporated within it, whether in contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory. You acknowledge that Epic Games, Inc. is an intended third-party beneficiary of this Section 11 and has the right to enforce these disclaimers directly.
Warped Universe may incorporate other third-party software. License notices and attributions for such third-party software are made available within the game credits or through Warped Games Inc.'s official channels where required.
